Walk-and-Talk Therapy in West Hollywood & Beverly Hills
By appointment, we can meet outdoors in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills for movement-supported therapy. Many clients find that gentle walking eases nervous-system arousal, reduces stuckness, and makes it easier to speak openly. I also offer telehealth across California and Nevada.

Who this page is for
If you feel clearer in motion, get restless in chairs, or want to pair talk therapy with light movement, walk-and-talk can help. We avoid crowded areas and choose accessible routes together.

How walk-and-talk works here
We set goals and choose a route that fits privacy, accessibility, and pacing. We’ll use the same tools I use in office/online—CBT/ACT, DBT-informed skills, and brief mindfulness/somatic exercises—while adjusting to the environment. For trauma or addiction work, we go at a pace that protects safety; 12-step and alternative options can be part of the plan outside sessions.

Safety, privacy, and weather
We walk on agreed routes where conversation feels private enough; you can pause or sit anytime. Wear comfortable shoes; bring water and sun protection. If the weather, air quality, or access isn’t right, we switch to telehealth for the same appointment time.
