For clients with PPO and our of network benefits, I can assist you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company by providing a superbill—a detailed invoice for our sessions. This document enables you to file a claim with your insurance provider, potentially allowing you to recoup 50-70% of the session costs, assuming your PPO insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits.
